Surefire Local Increase Leads by 30%

The Surefire Marketing Platform helped Hinkle Roofing achieve the marketing results they wanted.

Birmingham, Alabama-based Hinkle Roofing wanted to increase the number of leads that were coming in and at the same time knew that an improved website and stronger digital marketing campaign was needed to accomplish their goals.

They have a long, well-established 100-year history in their community and a strong reputation as a leading provider of roofing, siding and gutters. But they were challenged in being able to meet potential customers in the place where they were searching for services: online. They were investing in pay-per-click campaigns but not seeing the return on investment that they desired.

As a GAF Master Elite contractor, Hinkle Roofing took advantage of a partnership that GAF established with Surefire Local to help them create a new online presence and implement a marketing campaign that could deliver the results they were hoping to achieve and meet potential customers online.

Their key objectives were to update their website to meet current standards, improve digital advertising results, control their budget, continually optimize their site, establish performance benchmarks for online ads and consolidate their efforts into one system.

Surefire worked with Hinkle Roofing to launch their local marketing could solution. They created a new website, implemented a solid analytics program, developed content that would increase their organic search results and took over management of their Google Ads program.

The investment paid off, with Hinkle seeing a 30% increase in the number of leads in the first quarter of the year, as compared to the year before. Their organic search traffic increased by 10 %.

Hinkle Roofing Owner Bob Baker was happy with the decision to work with the Surefire team, stating, “Using [them] has allowed me to spend more time on my business and less time worrying about where I should spend my advertising dollars.
