Join Jason Stanley, CEO of IB Roof Systems, as we talk about Savage Estimating.  He wants to know, if someone asked you “Would you work for $10,000?”  The answer should be “For how long? How many days? A week? A day? A month?”  He will share that the issue with estimating today is whether contractors TRULY know if they are making money, losing money or just hoping to average the perceived winners with losers.  The Concept is: $10,000 a day – YES! That is 3.6 m a year!!  $10,000 a month? Hell no.  $10,000 a week – maybe – lets chat.
