Now through May 31st, 2022, if a Tremco or WTI employee refers a candidate for any WTI position, and the referred candidate is hired, WTI will pay the referring employee a $2,000 (gross) bonus in the first regular pay period following completion of the newly hired employee’s initial sixty 60 days of employment.
Also, the new WTI hourly employee will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus!
