OUR BELOVED ROOFING SUPERINTENDENT IS RETIRING SOON! We’re looking for just the right person to fill a KEY ROLE in our company.
STRAIGHT LINE ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION has been in business since 1999, has a ton of work and is NOT slowing down. With our local work in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties, we’re looking for a Top Level Residential Roofing Superintendent. Straight Line Roofing & Construction is ranked in the TOP 5 ROOFING CONTRACTORS in California and in the TOP 100 ROOFING CONTRACTORS in the Nation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Oversee and promote Work Site Safety.
• Coordinate everyday tasks involved in residential roofing and roof repair processes.
• Lead, manage and inspire roofing foremen to produce projects, meet goals and develop crew members.
• Oversee Quality Control.
• Provide technical expertise and coaching to resolve issues and verify the execution of corrective action.
• Interface with customers, subordinates and all levels of management.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
• five years or more experience as a Superintendent working on residential and residential-type roofs.
• a current and valid Driver's License, with a good driving record and no DUIs in the last 5 years.
• the ability to pass Observed Drug Testing to California Standards.
• pass a background check.
• solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
• the ability to motivate employees to be productive and produce projects on time and within budget.
• the ability to multi-task and train.
• proven and verifiable record of career stability and superintendent success.
• knowledge of Cal-OSHA requirements and safe work practices.
