Subcontractors Wanted (Nottingham)
Tri State Exterior Design is seeking sub-contractors to preform roof and siding inspections. All training is provided along with assistance on obtaining any city, state or local licensing or insurances that may be required. Proudly serving all of Maryland.
Work Description:
• Assist in identifying exterior damage on both residential and commercial structures
• Perform an inspection on damaged areas and record all pictures and videos into our customer portal using your iPad
• Present and discuss the results found with the property owner
• Meet with Insurance Adjusters as needed
• Assist homeowner with selecting an affordable solution
Subcontractor Requirements:
• Individual contractors only, no crews required
• Must be presentable, well groomed, and willing to follow a dress code
• Must be well spoken and able to communicate fluently in the English language In
• Must be a team player and able to operate in a competitive environment
• Must be hard Working professional at all times
• Must be willing to go through training and available to start as soon as possible
Vehicle Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License
• Vehicle must be reliable, presentable, and able to carry a 26’ ladder, white trucks and vans preferred (cars and SUV’s of all colors are still acceptable)
Compensation:
• $2,000-$4,000 per Week
