Sales Representatives will be trained to be the best and have an army behind. Starting pay is $600-week base + commission on projects sold. We are always happy to pay more to performers.
We provide sales reps with training, all marketing material, support and staff. sales reps need a reliable vehicle, phone, and superior work ethic. Representatives are expected to knock doors every day, talk to homeowners in affected areas and explain why they need our services. They are to climb on roofs, perform inspections and project manage the job from beginning to end.
