This role involves:
• Hiring, training and managing a team of residential sales consultants
• Daily feedback and in-the-field management of Sales team members
• Setting and achieving quarterly and annual corporate goals
• Living the core values and reinforcing them across team members
• Active participation of management level strategic planning and implementation
