Sales Director
Sales Director Candidates must:
- Have previous supervisory experience in a sales environment (minimum 2 years)
- Experience with roofing sales, outside sales, in-home (B2C) sales, car sales, exterior restoration, home security sales, solar sales, pest control sales, lawn / landscaping sales, bartending or serving preferred.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data with a strong focus on the company gross profit margin
- Train, teach, coach, develop, follow up and mentor sales team
- Execute sales initiatives set forth by home office
- The passion to help sales associates, homeowners and their community improve.
- The willingness to network habitually throughout neighborhoods, chamber of commerce and BNI type organizations
- Be goal oriented, success driven and great with people.
- Bring revenue to the company bottom line through self generated or company provided lead opportunities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Possibility of making $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year with the intentions of closing deals and getting those bonuses. Bonuses are included with hard work and results!
