Roofing Superintendent- Residential
Job Description
Specific Responsibilities:
· Maintain safety
· Must be able to lead and oversee crew
· Assess roof for any areas of concern
· Responsible for proper installation of roof system per building code
· Document project progress and activities
· Maintain good customer relations
· Responsible for the quality of workmanship
· Track additional materials
· Responsible for project photos from start to finish
· Handle and resolve issues that arise in a professional and efficient manner
· Handle all necessary inspections
· Responsible for maintaining a clean jobsite
· Various duties to assist teammates as needed
Experience Required:
Good people skills / communication skills
Leadership experience
At least 5 years of roofing knowledge with sloped roof systems
Ability to problem solve
Computer skills necessary to be able to learn our company-specific CRM software.
Must be able to climb a ladder and be comfortable with climbing roofs
Valid driver’s license
Must have clean drivers license
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Bilingual a plus
