Regional Sales Manager for Service department
Primary Office Location: Akron Office
Sales Territory: Northeast Ohio
Reporting to: Service Director
Start Date: As soon as possible
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and grow the Company’s commercial roofing repair and maintenance business (“Service”) within the Northeast Ohio territory.
• Identify and develop new Service customer relationships and maintain and expand existing Service relationships.
• Work with Company management to develop and implement Service-specific marketing and business strategies.
• Evaluate Service opportunities, prepare estimates and project budgets, and draft proposals in order to sell commercial roofing repair and maintenance services throughout Northeast Ohio.
• Oversee all projects sold, maintain good customer relations, and help to ensure projects are completed to the satisfaction of customers.
• Maintain sales pipeline in a timely manner through the use of the Company’s CRM, field operations systems, and other reporting tools as requested by Company management.
• Maintain appropriate and timely communications with Company management regarding sales pipelines, customer relationships, market trends, competitive dynamics, and other areas of interest.
• Assist Company staff with collecting accounts receivable on an as needed basis.
• Work with management to implement policies that will improve the Company and work environment as a whole.
• Be versatile in helping the Company with other needs as requested to help grow and improve the business.
