Project Manager
5 Star Roofing & Restoration is a small, family-owned roofing company serving communities in the triad as family with professionalism and integrity. We focus on residential roof replacements. We also service churches and small residential apartments, condos, retirement homes in our community.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of roofing project from scheduling to implementation
• Allocate resources/materials and proper permitting for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, sub-contractors and clients
• Deliver and return materials as needed
• Develop and monitor safety plan ALL INCLUSIVE of staff and subcontractors
• Monitor job costs and seek opportunities to increase profits/track job expenses
• Work closely with management on production activity as it relates to budget
• Continuous learning/education in products, installation methods, and overall industry knowledge
• Specific duties are detailed in Exhibit A (attached)
Qualifications:
· Strong leadership skills
· Follow up and organizational skills
· Driven to perform quality work and represent company values
· Previous project management experience a plus
· Customer service
· Positive attitude
Compensation:
This position has a base annual salary of $48,000.00 and paid health insurance.
10 days of PTO are available after your first 90 days.
