Masonry Specialist / Senior Specialist

Summary:
Primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work as a Mason in the following areas:

• Mixing and making mortar
• Installing chase lids
• Tuck pointing
• Brick replacements
• Minor roof & flashing repairs
• Comprehending the basics of installing masonry work
• Communicate with customer during project via text strings
• Perform walk-thru with customer & collect payment as needed
• Coaching, developing & teaching Masonry Laborer to come Apprentice.
• Continuing education in all aspects of Masonry to ensure understanding in field.

Must possess a current valid driver's license in order to operate any company vehicles.
Must comply with all company safety and personnel policies.
Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 100 lbs.

Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
Pass Background Check
Submit to a DOT Physical and Drug Screen
Travel up to 5 %
This position will require you to work 2 Saturdays per month (March November).
