Antis Roofing & Waterproofing has an immediate opening available for an experienced billing specialist in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years accounting experience with billing, preferably at a roofing company, but not required. Must have aptitude for technology, be capable of independently performing financial and accounting functions, managing the revenue cycle, understanding progress billing contracts, creating and issuing billings, revenue analysis and supporting management. Must have strong attention to detail and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using construction software or Salesforce and Accounting Seed software is preferred.
Education/Experience Requirements:
· 5+ years of accounting experience, minimum
· Previous progress billing and project cost accounting
· Associates Degree/Certificate in Accounting

Essential Duties:
- Create and issue customer invoices in accordance with contract terms, listing services performed, amounts due, payment terms and dates of performance
- Prepare revenue projection support and analysis
- Submit preliminary lien notices and manage liens throughout project
- Manage compliance for insurance requirements from customers, vendors and subcontractors
- Issue purchase orders
- Provide quality control reviews for billing completeness
- Provide support as needed for accounts payable and check runs
- Provide support as needed for accounts receivable and collection
- Prepare job cost reports
- Coordinate with sales to issue credit memos when authorized
- Support month end close
- Troubleshoot issues – must have aptitude for technology
- Other duties as assigned
