Field Sales Associates
Tucson Rubberized Coatings, a leading-technology coatings manufacturer in Tucson, AZ, is seeking Field Sales Associates for the Phoenix metro area. Successful Associates will promote and sell roof & stucco coatings & construction products to a defined metro territory with continuing and unlimited potential growth.
The ideal candidate will be focused, self-motivated, outgoing, and willing to work out of a home office or our central Phoenix company store. Experience in paint and coatings or the construction industry is a plus but is not a requirement. TRC seeks to provide a stimulating and rewarding work environment, including a competitive salary/bonus program, company car, and benefits. Sales Associates will be well-supported with local stock, sales training, product training, a CRM database, and laboratory technical assistance.
We are expanding our unique and fast-growing business model from the Tucson area to the Phoenix market. Our Tucson coating laboratory develops very high-performance coating and product chemistries. These are being launched as new brands in the Phoenix area with a high level of advertising and promotion.
