Seal coat medal roof cost?

I need to Seal coat a rusty metal roof on a garage. 2 stories, 10 sq., 8/12 pitch. I was wondering what I should charge per square.(Central PA)

Will be moderately scraping from ladders draped over each side, using basic 1 coat of silver coating $77 a 5gal bucket. http://www.rooferscoffeeshop.com/rcs/users/EncoreRoofing/

Coat with what? Are you going to prep it? Prime it? How are you going to stand on it? Do you have to set scaffold? Protect the landscape?

What kind of question is that? Get what you need to get; and as much as you can get. Too much, and they can just take off the old metal roof and install another one!
