Had a customer contact me about doing their home. They need a contractor with WC & GL and we're the only ones around that have it. They had some Independence shingles that look terrible and have purchased Duration Premiums that are on site. They've a>>>

My first question is this insurance or out of pocket? If it's insurance bid high if it's out of pocket has the home owner filed a claim with Certainteed? The Independance were thought to be high end shingles so a claim should be filed. My guess is that>>>
