After reading the book what do you want to ask?

I think we shy away from social media and other digital marketing tactics. In mail and door to door brochures didn't seem to work for us. We also didn't have any call to action anywhere on our website that was pointed out which also cost us business lost. After using social media and other digital streams we were able to see who our targeted audiences were.
