The whitetail rut is in full swing in Ohio and I spent the afternoon, a cold, breezy, rainy one, hunting on the ground. About 45 minutes before dark, I had deer all around me, as I hunkered close to a tree hoping to see the big one. Two nice 8 points, t>>>

HOP, assuming they look just like, or even smaller than they deer on the panhandle coast, then I'll bet they are.

The deer around St. Joseph State Park look like german shep's with horns.>>>
