Over the last twenty-five years I have developed strategies for companies with a focus on sustainable construction and energy efficiency. My experience in single-ply membrane systems, geo-thermoplastic membranes and chemical liquid applied systems was instrumental in developing market share for Carlisle Construction Materials. 

I am fully integrated in the area of alternative energy. I was part a team that developed and launched Carlisle Energy Services, a turnkey Energy Provider with a special focus on Building and Landfill Photovoltaic Solar Integration.   

I have consulted; governments outside the U. S. on energy efficiency, alternative energy solutions for both buildings and landfills. Governments include; Mexico, El Salvador and the Philippines. 

I was part of a consortium of companies on a U.S. Delegation of Business Professionals to Central America; El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala and Honduras. My focus was to develop revenue streams through Energy Efficiency, Photovoltaic Solar, Methane Extraction, Gasification and Bio-Digestion. 

I have lead Shell Roofing Solutions Group to be recognized as a leading design build roofing company in California and throughout the U.S.. Shell Roofing Solutions is comprised of energy and roofing professionals focused on eco-friendly and sustainable roofing building solutions. The goal is to develop long-term partnerships with companies striving to achieve high level sustainable building solutions for the reduction of imported energy, carbon emissions and the contribution to a green environment.

My professional background has led me to develop strong and long-term relationships with architectural professionals, engineering firms and the construction industry. These important relationships have been leveraged on projects throughout the world.
