Arty Molinari- RCS Influencer

Building Envelope & Infrastructure Specialist at Tremco Roofing & Building Maintenance

Arty is a licensed Architect in the state of Florida, and even though he has been designing and detailing roofs for the past decade, he actually started off his career in construction installing quite a few roofs, before and during architecture school.

At the beginning of Covid he found himself in a position where his future in a traditional architecture office didn’t look lucrative even though he was growing in his last company, and so jumped on the opportunity when approached by Tremco Roofing & Building Maintenance when they offered him a position as the Architectural Specialist covering the entire state of Florida. His role has now evolved into a Building Envelope & Infrastructure Specialist. This allows Arty to educate industry professionals on more than just roofing due to Tremco’s Construction Products Group, which includes the Sealants & Waterproofing division, Nudura ICF’s, Dryvit’s EIFS and Newbrick, Willseal’s expansion joints, and WTI with their General Contracting, Installation, and training services.

Arty serves on the board of his local AIA chapter in Fort Lauderdale as 2nd Vice President this year, participating in many committees and Chairing the Education committee for 2022. He was also selected to be part of this years AIA Jacobs Leadership Institute program – a 6 month course taught by an ex FBI agent of 25 years. This will enhance his dedication to the industry organization at the state level increasing his efforts to actively assist and engage in the community.

Arty has been a USGBC member since 2013 when he earned his LEED Green Associate, and has participated within the organization at the local levels. Last year he joined SAME (Society of American Military Engineers) South Post stationed in Miami in order to find more ways to expand his reach to more architecture and construction groups he was unfamiliar with. SAME isn’t just for Military professionals, but those who strive to work along side our nations armed forces who need Architects, Engineers, Consultants and Contractors to help them achieve their unique government projects, which can lead to public and private sector work also.

Most importantly, Arty lives a life of passion and gratification with his beautiful wife, their three children, and super loving and hyper Labradoodle. His hobbies include outdoor recreation, sports, photography, reading, and country music.
