What does New Tech Machinery do?  

Since 1991, New Tech Machinery has provided clients worldwide with portable rollforming machines and equipment for the metal construction industry. We supply contractors and manufacturers with the portable rollforming equipment they need to make their own metal roof panels or seamless gutters on-site or inside their facility.  

In 2015, New Tech Machinery came into the Mazzella Companies family, and in 2019, Mazzella Companies and New Tech Machinery acquired Nasser Machines. This acquisition allowed NTM to offer another product to our customers: the Nasser MultiPro Fascia-style Gutter Machine.  

We provide shipping, service and support worldwide, as well as free training at our factory in Denver, Colorado. We also offer on-site training upon request as an option.  

As of 2021, we perform our main operations at our shop and office in Denver, Colorado, but we also have a manufacturing facility in Hermosillo, Mexico, and a distribution center in Switzerland for the European market.

Since our business started, we've prided ourselves on providing versatile and easy to use portable rollforming machines and equipment to help metal roof and gutter contractors gain more control of their projects and profits. We incorporate customer feedback in all of our rollformers to make them as versatile, safe and easy-to-use as possible. 

Throughout the years, we've offered various machines and rollforming equipment designed for use right at the job site or inside the factory to make your project easier. 

Our first machine was the SSP Roof Panel Machine. It was manufactured in 1991 and was the first portable rollformer with polyurethane drive rollers and helped revolutionize the portable rollforming industry.

All of our roof panel machines (other than the 5VC) have several different panel profiles/shapes available to help increase your machine's versatility. 

We do not sell or make brakes or shears, provide metal roofing or gutter installation accessories, metal coil or sheets, or gutter drainage components. If you're looking for any of these items, we'd be more than happy to help you find a supplier.

In-plant or portable, if you're going to use your machine in the field or want to keep it indoors, we have the trailers, carts and the equipment you need to use your machine the way you desire.  

By manufacturing versatile roof panel, wall panel and seamless gutter machines, you can get precisely what you need from one manufacturer. Our machines come with polyurethane drive rollers and stainless-steel forming rollers, so no matter which machine you get, the quality is the same. 

Grow your machine with your business 

Your machine can come as sophisticated as you want it or with just the basics. All of our machines come with standard features so that you can get the benefit of having and using a portable rollformer. Also, there are many available add-on options to leverage your machine's full capacity, save time on your projects, increase efficiency, and maintain safety at your job site.  

For example, the automatic UNIQ Control System comes integrated with AppliCad Roof Wizard software. This program allows you to generate a cut list right into your SSQ II Roof Panel Machine so you can make the number of panels you need as well as the exact lengths.  

Add-on options like the angle slitter or notcher for the SSQ II MultiPro Roof Panel Machine can help you save time and money on extra tools/labor needed to produce the angle cuts or notches on the panels. 

With our SSQ II machine package options, you don't have to worry about breaking the bank to configure your new machine with the most popular options and still stay within your budget. We have a range of residential and commercial packages for both in-plant and portable use of your SSQ II machine.  

While each package gets higher in price, they also include more options for increased versatility and ease of use. You can choose the package you want, based on your business needs at the time, and always add on more features later on. 

Service, support and shipping offered internationally 

No matter your business' location, we offer service, support and shipping to domestic and most international locations, either through New Tech Machinery directly or through our network of international distributors. 

We have a distribution center in Switzerland to provide easier machine shipping throughout Europe. We can also ship machines to a port or freight forwarder to international locations from our Denver facility. Our service technicians can provide technical support over the phone for most problems or come to your site if you need in-person service (travel expenses are the customer's responsibility). 

Industry's best warranties 

Your new portable rollforming machine is a significant investment and essential aspect for your roofing or gutter business, so it's critical that it performs properly. With all of our portable rollforming machines, we back them with the industry's best warranties. 

We have a warranty for clients in the United States or Canada and a separate warranty for our international clientele.  

In the U.S. and Canada, our warranties cover: 

• Three years limited parts (including electrical components) and three years labor 

Our international warranty covers: 

• Three years parts (including electrical) and one year labor, excluding freight 

Both warranties also include limited lifetime protection against separation on the machine's drive rollers, meaning if a problem arises with the drive rollers, we'll replace them during the machine's life. A limited lifetime warranty also covers our forming rollers against "wear & tear," meaning with normal use, the rollers should always be forming the proper profile they were designed to make throughout the machine's life. 

With proper care and maintenance, our machines can last for 20 years or more, and New Tech Machinery's very first SSP roof panel machine made in 1991 is still in operation today! 

Training at our facility in Denver and on-site training offered 

Whether this is your first portable rollforming machine or you're a new employee of a company that has been using this equipment for years, hands-on training is the best way to learn how to operate and take care of your portable rollformer properly.  

We offer a free initial training session at our facility in Denver with any new machine purchase, but we also provide on-site training at your site if you prefer (*at an additional cost). In your training session, our service technicians will cover essential aspects, including: 

• Understanding your machine manual and where it is 

• Setting up your machine 

• How to maintain your machine 

• Safety practices when operating your machine 

• How to perform profile changeovers or make common adjustments  

Training is not required, but we highly recommend it so that you can use your machine to leverage its full capabilities and keep your business and employees safe while doing so. 

UL 90-compliant panels 

An important aspect to so many metal roofing contractors is safety standards and industry testing. As a machine manufacturer, while we don't have an actual process to test our machines, we do offer UL-compliant panels.  

UL compliance means that our panel profiles are manufactured to the proper dimensions set forth by Underwriter Laboratories (UL) and their standards per specific construction numbers. At New Tech Machinery, we provide panels in compliance for use in UL 90 Construction Numbers.  

By providing you with compliant panels, it's just one less step you have to take if you want to get your panels certified with UL. 

Please note that UL certification must be performed on every roof panel machine at regular intervals to produce UL-certified panels. Please check with your local UL office for more information on registering and certifying your machine with UL. 

41 quick-change profiles for roof, wall and gutter machines 

Your metal roofing or gutter business is your livelihood, so it makes sense that you'd want a portable rollformer that is versatile, easy to use and can increase what you're able to offer to customers.  

In total, we have 41 different kinds of profiles for roof panels, wall panels and seamless gutters. All of our rollforming machines can utilize multiple profiles, meaning you can use the same machine to make various profiles for each of your jobs. You also don't have to waste time changing to a different profile — you can change a roofing panel profile in 45 minutes to one hour (or less) with minimal equipment using our machines.

• TRQ250 2.5" Trapezoidal panel profile - The style is excellent for commercial and industrial buildings and is a mechanically seamed panel with an anti-capillary leg. 

• 5V Crimp - Our 5V Crimp profiles are available in 21" and 24" widths and can be rollformed using various metal types. 

• WAV Wall panels - This panel is a great choice for architectural building applications and comes in two styles: with flange and without flange.
