El calor radiante y su vivienda

Cuando el sol cae de lleno sobre su vivienda, el calor se acumula en los materiales del techo. Una parte de este calor se transfiere al ático y en última instancia llega a las áreas interiores. Este tipo de transferencia de calor, llamada “calor radiante”, es tan natural como las estaciones del año. Sin embargo, puede generar variaciones de temperatura en el interior de su vivienda y hacer que su equipo de aire acondicionado trabaje más. Esto hace que pague un alto precio en términos de confort perdido y pagos de energía.
