Working in the roofing industry for over a decade has allowed Art Unlimited the opportunity to identify the dead giveaways that hurt a business’s marketing. Each week, we’ll be sharing those common mistakes like not posting your certifications.

By Art Unlimited.

Certifications build a level of trust for your customers. It tells them that you know your stuff, and you’re not just some fly-by-night contractor looking to take all their money without actually doing what you said you were going to do. Promising good quality work is easy, but you need something to back up what you say.

Having (and displaying) them does just that. It’s like saying “Don’t take our word for it; here’s what this company has to say about us.” You spent all that time acquiring those certifications--be proud of them and put them on your website!
