What does your written contract say???????? I think that is the correct amount of question marks!
We use cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed to make this site work – signing you in, keeping your session secure and remembering the choice you make here. Others are optional: they help us measure how the site is used, remember your preferences, and measure our advertising.
Optional cookies are switched off until you turn them on. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time on our cookie policy page, which is linked in the footer of every page.
Choose which categories you are happy for us to use. Nothing in an unselected category is loaded, and switching a category off deletes the cookies it has already set.
Strictly necessary
Required to deliver the site you asked for - signing in, security tokens, keeping your basket and remembering this cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
Functionality
Remembers preferences such as your chosen language, and powers optional extras like live chat and embedded video and social posts.
Analytics
Helps us understand which pages are read and how the site is used. Data is shared with the analytics providers listed in our cookie policy.
Advertising
Used to measure advertising and sponsorship campaigns and to show you more relevant advertising on this site and elsewhere.
