Join us for another part in our Mental Health Matters Series! Brendan Vigorito will lead us in a discussion about resilience. What is resilience? In this portion of the series, Brendan will discuss the importance of resilience, what it takes to build resilience and the description of a stress-hardy personality. We will figure out how to hone our skills to build resilience and set a plan!
