JobNimbus Releases Mobile Update 2.0.13 with Digital Signature and More

The release of mobile update 2.0.13 will help JobNimbus users be more productive than ever.

JobNimbus just released an update to its mobile app 2.0 and contractors are going to love the new features, not to mention the improvements and fixes.

New features give contractors the ability to sign any PDF document in the app. It’s as simple as tapping on the PDF and choosing ‘add signature.’ There is also a new document builder that allows users to create proposals, contracts and more from templates that have been created on the web app (requires an internet connection).

Support has been added for common attachment types such as DOC, XLS, PPT and more. The new version will let users upload more than one photo at a time from an album – a nice convenience when you need to annotate images before uploading.

Requesting help from within the app just got a lot faster too. Logs are now sent along with the email which allows for a faster resolution to any issues.

Improvements include:

• Camera overhaul with better performance
• Activity feed optimized for speed
• Task list load 16 times faster; related items list loads five times faster
• Optimization has been added to reduce the size of the app
• Sales reps will see calendar items, even if they are not the assignee
• Online estimate and document builder has been refined
• Tutorial screens have been added to help with new 2.0 features
• Workflow icons have been added on the Contact and Job lists
• Added the ability to call, text or email the Primary Customer right from the job
• Android hardware back button now closes the app when on boards, calendar or the task list
