I find your company name interesting. While what you do falls into the literal definition of Triage, the percieved definition of the word by the public is a little more on the gory side.

I picture your customer finding your site in a time of need, and thinking "I'm bleeding here, and all you can do is send me a roofer?"

How does a customer in time of need find you, as opposed to just shopping locally?>>>

If I understand correctly, the contractor gives the estimate, sells the job, buys the materials and does the work?

Do you collect a percentage of the job then? If so, how is that handled? Does the contractor forward a percentage to you or do you collect and send the balance to the contractor?>>>

Why not just leave town and stick the suppliers, along w/ the customer? I'm a little confused.... you're throwing ethics into an unethical situation>>>

The reason why you must be able to meet our financial criteria is when we send you jobs you must be able to buy the supplies to support the volume given to you.>>>

Everybody meets certain financial criteria. I know I always have, even when I was broke. I wonder which ones these are? If you can afford to pay for the concrete block, you get to try for the relleno?>>>
