Yeah EGG, i know that if the pho vietman vets put too much of the red sauce with the rooster on it, they get a case of PPTSD, Post Pho Traumatic Stress Disorder. Flashbacks and nightmares accompanied by heartburn.>>>

thai food is generally much healthier, there is a new place called "low fatt chow" down the street from me it is kinda like high end Chinese to go without all the fat and mystery meat .......

Thai for ne too. I like to make Chinesee at home occassionally. Tried sushi once in Newhaven CT, spent a fortune as I recall and was still hungry afterwards.>>>

I'll go with Thai. I was surprised that I like soup with coconut milk. I tried pho, (Vietnamese beef noodle soup) recently, I was half way done and thinking it rather bland until I saw a pho veteran load on the sauces. Once that was in, it was pretty>>>
