Curtis Sutton is the President and Visionary of Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. 

Having worked every job in roofing and with over 25 years of roofing experience, Curtis holds the strong belief that great employees make a great company. In addition to creating a company culture that demonstrates care and concern for employees and customers, Curtis has a passion for the latest technological innovations in roofing. Under Curtis, Rackley has introduced industry-leading technologies.  He served as TARC (Tennessee Association of Roofing Contractors) President in 2015-2016. Curtis is active with RT3 (Roofing Technology Think Tank), is a member of Vistage (a CEO peer group), and is a member of National Women in Roofing.  He and his wife Nancy have been married for over 20 years, and they have three children: Lexie, Haleigh and Dawson.
